On February 3, 2020, Professor Liu Bing of the First Affiliated Hospital of XJTU, and researchers from Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science &Technology, Wuhan Children's Hospital, CAS Beijing Institute of Genomics, and Huawei Cloud selected 5 antiviral drugs that might be effective in treating 2019-nCov. The five drugs are Beclabuvir, Saquinavir, Bictegravir, Lopinavir, and Dolutegravir. The joint research team is working to prove the drugs cytological effectiveness - clinical trials will follow.
