From August 3-8, 2019, Professor Xu Fengmin and young Dong Zhilong were invited to attend the sixth International Conference on Continuous Optimization (ICCOPT2019) in Berlin. Professor Xu Fengmin presided over a team report with the theme“stochastic optimization and its application”.

ICCOPT is the flagship conference held every 3 years by the Mathematical Optimization Society. This year, over 1,000 scholars from about 70 nations and regions attended the conference.
