From May 11-12, 2019, XJTU was invited to attend the 2019 Silk Road Education Cooperation Expo. in Xi'an, a branch activity of the 4th Silk Road International Exposition and Investment and Trade Forum for Cooperation between East &West China.

During the Expo, the launch ceremony and academic BBS of the Advanced Manufacturing Sub-Alliance of the University Alliance of the Silk Road were successfully held by the School of Mechanical Engineering of XJTU. All representatives attending the event expressed the wish that the Sub-Alliance would provide a platform for partner universities to carry out in-depth academic cooperation. In the future, it is necessary to constantly improve operation mechanisms and promote substantive and effective international exchanges between the member institutions of the UASR.
