On April 21, 2019, the Third ASEAN Sports Day in Xi'an was held at XJTU. This event was launched by the Consulates-General of Malaysia, Cambodia and Thailand in Xi'an and supported by XJTU. The event aims to promote friendship between China and ASEAN member states, to provide extracurricular cultural activities for students from ASEAN countries and to strengthen cultural exchange among the young people from different countries.
