1.XJTU and CICC Hold High-level International Academic Forum  

On July 13^th, 2018, with the support of the CICC (China International Commercial Court), the “Silk Road Academic Belt” High-level International Academic Forum was held at XJTU. Over 40 representatives attended the conference, discussing “the construction of the International Commercial Court and the development of international commercial dispute settlement mechanisms”.

2.XJTU Students Won the First Prize in 2018 ACCA Job Hunting Competition  

On July 13^th, 2018, the Grand Final of the 2018 ACCA Job Hunting Competition was held in Guangzhou. XJTU Team won the first prize, with the team leader Zuo Xinxin won the Best Individual Award.

The ACCA Job Hunting Competition, simplified as JHC, simulates the real recruitment situation of enterprises by using real business cases, in together with online work competence assessment, on-spot case analysis, public speaking and interactions with judges, aiming to improve the overall quality and employment competitiveness of students.

3. XJTU Students Win the Champion of IFEC2018

From July 19^th to 20^th, 2018, the IFEC2018 (2018 International Future Energy Challenge) was held. It was sponsored by the IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers) and was organized by Tsinghua University. Over 29 teams from universities at home and abroad participated in the competition. Students from the School of Electric Engineering of XJTU, for the first time participated in this competition, won the Grand Prize Award, with 10,000 USD as the bounty.

4. XJTU and AECC Commercial Aircraft Engine Co., Ltd Sign Agreement

On July 2, 2018, the AECC Commercial Aircraft Engine Co., Ltd and XJTU signed an agreement on jointly establishing the United Innovation Center for Health Management & Operation Safety of Aircraft Engine, symbolizing a new start of cooperation in the field of the health management and operation safety of aircraft engine.
