On May 7^th, 2018, initiated by the Intellectual Property Institute of XJTU, together with the Shaanxi Notary Association, the Lawyers Association, and the Shaanxi Hantang Notary Office, the Shaanxi Intellectual Property Notary Research Center was officially launched. It is the first intellectual property research institution in China. The Shaanxi Intellectual Property Notary Research Center will focus on the establishment, utilization and circulation, right relief, dispute settlement and extraterritorial right protection regarding to intellectual property, expanding the range of notary service and strengthening the efficiency of notarial services.
