In the afternoon on March 29th, President Chusak LIMSAKUL of Thailand Prince of Songkla University and seven vice presidents visited Xi'an Jiaotong University. They were warmly received by the Vice-president Xi Guang of Xi'an Jiaotong University. Xi gave an introduction to the development of Xi’an Jiaotong University and emphatically introduced the education conditions of the international students.

President Chusak LIMSAKUL spoke highly of Xi'an Jiaotong University's plan to set up the University Alliance of the New Silk Road. He introduced the history, preponderant disciplines and international student affairs of the Prince of Songkla University.

The delegates have had an in-depth communication on the long/short term student exchange, diploma achievement, double-diploma cooperation and fellowship support between both universities.
