On September 26, the Fifth XJTU-Kyoto University Exchange Students Summer School Certificate Conferral Ceremony was held. The summer school offered courses on the Chinese language, traditional Chinese culture, theory and practices of Chinese calligraphy, recitation of the Tang poetry, introduction to the Chinese zither, and experiential learning of shadow boxing etc. in addition, XJTU arranged interesting extracurricular activities for the international students. Guided by volunteers, the students visited Terracotta Warriors Museum, Yangling Mausoleum of Han dynasty and watched the show Song of Eternal Sorrow. They also visited the City Wall, Stele Museum as well as Shaanxi Provincial History Museum.
