Between August 26th and August 29th,"the fifth (2015) college students integrated circuit design contest" was held in Beijing. Xinjiyuan team, composed of 3 undergraduate students indepartment of microelectronics, College of telecommunication, Xi'an Jiaotong University ranked first in the total score, won the only first prize in the low power bandgap reference circuit zone plate, and won third prize of the competition innovation award and the best organization award.

Xinjiyuan team, composed of 3 undergraduate students, and prepared for nearly five months, and innovated a MOS structure with low power consumption and small area of band gap reference circuit, and won a great success by virtue of excellent work performance and defense.
