On the topic of "Experts of 1000 Talents Plan make China a wealthy and strong country", 1000 Talents Plan Web of CPC's Organization Department showcased educational theories, experience, and achievements of 12 professors including Shan Wenhua from Xi'an Jiaotong University, Shi Yigong and Qian Yingyi from Tsinghua University, Rao Yi and Tian Gang from Peking University, Pan Jianwei from University of Science and Technology of China, Chen Shiyi from the South University of Science and Technology, among which, Shan Wenhua and Qian Ying are the only two professors of humanistic and social science.

The web also introduced the great contributions that Shan Wenhua has made to the law science in Western China and XJTU.
