On March 14th and 15th,eight famous designers at home and abroad took part in the Conceptual Planningand Design International Invitational Tournament of Western China Scientificand Technological Innovation Port. Zhang Jinqiu and other experts were presentas judges. Through their discussions and voting, the finalists were MichaelSorkin, an academician of American Academy ofArts and Sciences and world famous urban designer and town planner,Helmut Bott, the Dean of Instituteof Architectural Design and Urban Planningof Universitt StuttgartandMark Harrison, a member of Royal Town Planning Institute.
