On the morning of June 7, the president of Fuji Xerox Co., Ltd, Mr. Tadahito Yamamoto and his party visited XJTU, and were welcomed by President Zheng Nanning in room 107 of the Science Hall.

President Zheng gave the visitors a brief introduction to XJTU, in which he summarized some of the most notable developments at XJTU and in Xi’an in recent years. President Tadahito Yamamoto commented on the high level of performance of XJTU students, and reported that Fuji Xerox hires a number of XJTU graduates every year. He said that he hoped the two parties would conduct more extensive and deeper cooperation in the future.

Among those in attendance at the meeting were Dr. Liang Li, the Director of the Department of International Cooperation and Exchange, Professor Jin Li, the Assistant Dean of the School of Software, Professor Xue Jianru of the School of Electronics &Information Engineering, the president’s secretary Jin Chunyang, and Ph.D. candidate Wang Fei of the School of Electronic &Information Engineering.
