At the 2025 World Internet Conference Wuzhen Summit, Zununova Nuriza, a biomedical engineering student at Issyk-Kul State Technical University named after I. Razzakov from Kyrgyzstan, shared her insight on the pivotal role of young leaders in shaping the future of global digital development.

In her address, Zununova expressed her passion for teaching engineering to children, seeing it as more than just an academic pursuit. For her, engineering serves as a bridge to empower others through education and innovation.

Zununova encouraged her peers to harness the internet's potential for positive change, calling young people to use technology and internet to learn, connect and build a smarter, more interconnected world.

The World Internet Conference (WIC) was established as an international organization on July 12, 2022, headquartered in Beijing, China. It was jointly initiated by Global System for Mobile Communication Association (GSMA), National Computer Network Emergency Response Technical Team/Coordination Center of China (CNCERT), China Internet Network Information Center (CNNIC), Alibaba Group, Tencent, and Zhijiang Lab.
