The World Internet Conference holds a promotion meeting on the release of the WIC Think Tank Cooperation Program outcomes in Beijing on March 21, 2025.

At the meeting, WIC representatives provided an overview of the WIC Asia-Pacific Summit and outlined preparations for unveiling the WIC Think Tank Cooperation Program's research outcomes.

Representatives from the Macao Association for Internet Research, BEKE BrainLink, Institute of International Studies at Fudan University, Yinxiang Biji Research Institute, China Telecom Research Institute Tianyi Think Tank, Research Institute of China United Network Communications Corporation Limited, China Mobile Think Tank, and Renmin University of China presented summaries of their forthcoming reports and shared updates on their preparation progress. Participants exchanged insights and proposed constructive suggestions to ensure the high-quality presentation of research findings and a smooth release process.

WIC officials also discussed the future direction of the Think Tank Cooperation Program, emphasizing the organization's commitment to fostering academic exchange and intellectual dialogue in cyberspace. They underscored the importance of leveraging the WIC platform to promote high-quality research and contribute to global digital innovation.

The World Internet Conference (WIC) was established as an international organization on July 12, 2022, headquartered in Beijing, China. It was jointly initiated by Global System for Mobile Communication Association (GSMA), National Computer Network Emergency Response Technical Team/Coordination Center of China (CNCERT), China Internet Network Information Center (CNNIC), Alibaba Group, Tencent, and Zhijiang Lab.
