Zhang Zhiqing
Zhang Zhiqing, executive deputy director of the National Library of China, deputy director and research fellow of the China National Center for the Preservation and Conservation of Ancient Books. Zhang graduated from the Department of Chinese Language and Literature at Peking University, majoring in Classical Philology, and has been working at the National Library of China ever since. He has engaged in ancient book collection, compilation, research, management and preservation. He has participated in the compilation of the Facsimile Reprint Project of Chinese Rare Books, the Chinese Ancient Medicine Books, and the Hundred Classic Works of Chinese Traditional Culture. He has also planned and organized the Chinese Ancient Books Preservation and Conservation Project and launched the Chinese Ancient Book Resources Database. Currently, he is involved in the intelligent digitization of ancient books, part of the National Smart Library System project.
The World Internet Conference (WIC) was established as an international organization on July 12, 2022, headquartered in Beijing, China. It was jointly initiated by Global System for Mobile Communication Association (GSMA), National Computer Network Emergency Response Technical Team/Coordination Center of China (CNCERT), China Internet Network Information Center (CNNIC), Alibaba Group, Tencent, and Zhijiang Lab.
