Information for 2024 WIC Wuzhen Summit Participants

I. Registration Time

Participants of Day Zero event: 12:00, November 18 – 09:00, November 19

Participants of WIC Wuzhen Summit: 09:00, November 19 – 10:00, November 20

Ongoing registration for participants: 10:00, November 20 – 12:00, November 22

II. Registration Locations

VIPs and WIC Members: Ticket office at Tourist Service Center, West Scenic Area (Xizha), Wuzhen

Other Guests: World Expo Pavilion, north of Tourist Service Center, West Scenic Area (Xizha), Wuzhen

Note: Special-invited audiences of forums register at Ziye Hotel, Wuzhen.

III. Registration Process
Follow the staff to registration→ Register and get the badge and conference materials → Proceed to the designated pick-up area for transport to accommodation.

IV. Accommodation

Guests to the Wuzhen Summit will be accommodated at hotels in the West Scenic Area (Xizha) and Wuzhen town.

Special-invited audiences of forums will be accommodated at hotels in Wuzhen town.

V. Shuttle Service Time

1. Pick-up:

From 12:00, November 18 (for guests of Day Zero event);

From 08:00, November 19 (for guests of WIC Wuzhen Summit).

2. Drop-off:

From 13:00, November 20

Note: 24-hour shuttle service is available during WIC Wuzhen Summit.

VI. Pick-Up and Drop-Off Service

The pick-up and drop-off services for VIPs, guests, and special-invited audiences of forums are available at Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport, Hangzhou East Railway Station, Tongxiang Railway Station, Shanghai Pudong International Airport, Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport and Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station.

Note: Self-driving is not recommended. Those who do need to drive are advised to park at the Ziye West Road Parking Lot and take the shuttle bus.

VII. Dining Arrangements
Meals are served at designated restaurants specified on meal vouchers you receive at registration. Lunch on the opening day will be provided by the conference.

VIII. Transportation

Guests staying at hotels in the West Scenic Area (Xizha): Electric vehicles are available for transportation to and from venues.

Special-invited audiences of forums staying at hotels in Wuzhen town: Regular shuttle buses are available for transportation to and from venues.

IX. Departure Locations for Drop-Off Service

Inside the Scenic Area: P1 parking lot, Tourist Service Center, Wuzhen West Scenic Area (Xizha)

Wuzhen town: Hotels where guests, special-invited audiences and journalists stay, including Ziye Hotel  and Gold Riverside Hotel

X. Kind Reminders

1. VIPs arriving at Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport are advised not to check your luggage, as baggage claim can take up to 50 minutes.

2. Guests (including special-invited audiences and journalists) arriving at Tongxiang Railway Station please take the VIP exit rather than the regular exit.

3. Guests arriving at Hangzhou East Railway Station, Shanghai Pudong International Airport, Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport and Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station please follow the guide signs to exit.

4. Registration and hotel check-in are not available before the above-mentioned opening time.

5. No other activities will be arranged beyond the above-mentioned time period.
