Jingbin Industrial Park, formerly known as Dawangguzhuang Town Economic Zone, is located in Dawangguzhuang Town, Wuqing District, Tianjin. It is one of 31 demonstration parks in Tianjin and was designated as a sub-park of the Tianjin Binhai High-Tech Industrial Development Zone in March 2022. Its planned area is 13.07 square kilometers, with an initial development area of 9.65 square kilometers having already completed, and the expansion area of 3.42 square kilometers having been approved in 2019.

Jingbin Industrial Park has distinct regional advantages. It borders Yongledian in Tongzhou, Beijing to the north and the Langfang National Development Zone to the west. It is located in the core area of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, and is just 30 kilometers from downtown Beijing, 55 kilometers from downtown Tianjin, 60 kilometers from Beijing Capital International Airport, 30 kilometers from Beijing Daxing International Airport, and 100 kilometers from Tianjin Port. The Beijing-Tianjin-Tanggu Expressway, Beijing-Tianjin Expressway, and Beijing-Shanghai Expressway have entrances and exits in the vicinity, and the Beijing-Binhai New Area exit of the Beijing-Tianjin-Tanggu Expressway is currently under construction.

The annual average output value of the region is 30 billion yuan, with an annual tax revenue of 2 billion yuan. It ranked third in the assessment of economic development in development zones by the Tianjin Municipal Bureau of Commerce from 2019 to 2021. The park has become a driving force of regional economic development, an important engine for high-quality development in Wuqing district, and a key node in Tianjin's "One District, Three Bases" strategy.

At present, the park has attracted more than 5,000 companies from 12 countries and regions, including over 300 physical entities, 29 foreign-funded enterprises, 11 Fortune Global 500 investment companies, and 16 investment companies from China's Top 500 Private Enterprises. It is home to 91 national high-tech enterprises, forming four dominant industries: high-end manufacturing, automotive-related industries, e-commerce, and modern services.

The expansion area will focus on the industrial positioning of the intelligent manufacturing center and the functional orientation of scientific research, technological innovation, and intelligent manufacturing. It will strive to become a high-end equipment manufacturing and intelligent manufacturing cluster, promoting industrial upgrading, innovation, energy efficiency, and service enhancement based on existing industries in the park.

The park attaches great importance to the construction of high-quality industrial development platforms. The Beijing Collaborative Innovation Center, covering an area of approximately 1,300 square meters, aims to create a shared experimental center, investment center, roadshow center, and incubation office area. Currently, it has established strategic cooperation agreements with more than 20 intelligent manufacturing-related design platforms, research and development platforms, data platforms, and inspection and testing platforms, laying a foundation for introducing high-tech, research and development, and intelligent resources from Beijing and reshaping the development momentum of the industrial chain. The national-level incubators cover multiple fields, such as intelligent security, electronic information and the Internet of Things, new agricultural equipment, and new materials. The national-level petroleum equipment industry base mainly focuses on drilling and mining equipment, pipeline equipment, oil and gas gathering and transportation equipment, electronic measurements, and testing. The Beijing-Tianjin Intelligent Manufacturing Acceleration Center has successfully attracted top technological innovation projects, including the Aerospace High-end Equipment Intelligent Manufacturing Technology Center of Beihang University, the Tsinghua High-end Equipment Research Institute, and Meilixin Technology. This has facilitated collaborative development between the Innovation Center and the Acceleration Center, leading to significant achievements in synergistic development.

Jingbin Industrial Park's high-quality development environment complements its specialized commercial service facilities. Currently, the park has achieved comprehensive infrastructure development, including in water, electricity, telecommunications, and gas. It offers a range of supporting services, such as an investment promotion service center, staff canteen, apartments, star-rated hotels, livable communities, educational zones, and shuttle buses, making it a smart, eco-friendly, vibrant, and thriving technological new city.
