Chen Guoqing, male, Han nationality, born in October 1963, holds a postgraduate diploma and a doctor's degree in law. He is a member of the Communist Party of China (CPC) and currently serves as a member of the Party Leadership Group of the Supreme People's Procuratorate (SPP), the Deputy Prosecutor General, a member of the Procuratorial Committee, and a Class II Grand Prosecutor. He is also the Vice-Chairman of the Committee on Social and Legal Affairs of the 14th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC).
