Tong Jianming, male, Han nationality, born in June 1963, holds a postgraduate diploma and a master's degree in law. He is a member of the Communist Party of China (CPC) and currently serves as a member of the 20th Central Committee of the CPC, Deputy Secretary of the Party Leadership Group of the Supreme People's Procuratorate (SPP), Deputy Prosecutor General in charge of daily work (with the rank of minister), a member of the Procuratorial Committee, and a Class I Grand Prosecutor.
