1. Report on application for final acceptance of environmental protection facilities of construction projects (format text, in quintuplicate)

2. Report on environmental monitoring (original, in duplicate)

3. Reply for evaluation of environmental effects of construction projects (photocopy, in duplicate)

4. Reply for pilot production of construction projects(photocopy, in duplicate)

For Yangshan and Airport areas, the following shall also be provided:

5. Business License or Legal Person Certificate; if the applicant is an individual, the personal ID certificate shall be provided

6. Drainage License

IV. Handling Procedures

1. The applicant shall, before expiration of the pilot production (trial running), declare and report materials to the administration license acceptance window of Shanghai Free Trade Zone Management Committee.

2. Review by Shanghai Free Trade Zone Management Committee

3. Issuance of acceptance inspection opinion by Shanghai Free Trade Zone Management Committee

If the construction projects fail to reach the acceptance inspection requirements for production load upon expiration of the pilot production (trial running), after consent of the environmental protection department reviewing the documents relating to evaluation of environmental effects, final acceptance of the environmental protection facilities may be conducted according to the actual production load. After the project production reaches the specified load, it may apply for formal acceptance inspection

V. Handling Deadline

    Decision shall be made within 10 working days from the acceptance day.
