Key projects are to be constructed to fortify the ecological safety barrier in the middle reaches of the Yellow River.

Shanxi is also poised to fully implement its air quality improvement action plan, prioritizing environmental management in industrial parks and key industries. The plan will also steadily improve water quality by enhancing water ecosystem protection.
