Shanxi's national political advisers attend CPPCC discussion

Shanxi province' members of the third session of the 13th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) put forward proposals on the overall work on the nation's and the province's socioeconomic development and also on people's concerns over the past few days of the meeting.
The national political advisers from Shanxi performed their responsibilities well in various political consultations, democratic supervision and political participation during the session which is running from May 21 to 27.
Shanxi's Lian Yimin suggested during the group discussion that Datong, Shuozhou, and Xinzhou cities in the province be included in the clean heating pilot cities in North China and there be an increase in the financial support for water environmental protection in the Yellow River basin in Shanxi province.
When attending the group discussion of the Revolutionary Committee of the Chinese Kuomintang, Shanxi's Zhang Fuming suggested exploring the establishment of a dynamic mechanism for vocational skills training.
This would, Zhang said, attract more capital and talent back to their hometowns and also continuously and steadily increase the earnings of low and middle-income families and poor people.
During the group discussion of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, Shanxi's Li Wuzhang proposed an increase in support for the private sector in the national economy.
Li also proposed to strengthen policy implementation, improve the statistical monitoring system of the private sector in the economy, as well as support private companies participating in the mixed ownership reform of State-owned enterprises and rural revitalization.
The national political adviser Li Qingshan suggested that the country increase its support for the development of the Shanxi-Shaanxi-Henan Yellow River triangle area and the protection of historical and cultural heritage in Shanxi, when attending the group discussion of the Jiusan Society.
When participating in the group discussion of the Association of Science and Technology, Shanxi's Zhou Ran said that it is necessary to strengthen the coordination of medical and healthcare resources and form a more efficient medical and healthcare resource allocation and emergency response system.
This would solve existing problems in the medical and healthcare field, Zhou said during the group discussion of the China Association for Science and Technology.
