Linfen city in southwest of Shanxi province will organize the exhibits of 35 local cultural enterprises showing their wares at the 4th Shanxi Cultural Industries Fair, held in Taiyuan, capital of Shanxi province, between Dec 5 and 10.
Themed around Chinese roots and the Yellow River soul, the Linfen pavilion at the fair is divided into six exhibition areas on Yao Culture, Jin State Culture, the Yellow River culture, Chinese roots culture and folk custom culture. Some 800 cultural creative products are being displayed.
One -- the exhibition area for Jin State Culture -- showcases 39 classical Chinese serial bell replicas from the Western Zhou Dynasty (c.11th century-771 BC), produced by Quwohuatu Bronze Culture Communication Co.
A cultural and artistic performance program, named Linfen Theme Day, will be staged at the fair on Dec 7 when a special investment promotion for Linfen cultural industrial projects takes place.
The promotion will see four projects involving intelligent tourist attractions and media integrations were signed on the spot, with a total contract value of over 300 million yuan ($42.63 million).
In addition, 55 cultural enterprises from the city will release new projects to attract investment -- while six companies engaged in tourism development and tourist attractions will hold promotions to attract more tourists.
