Artisans from Zibo, a city in Eat China's Shandong province, showcased their exquisite ceramic and glass artworks at the second National Craftsmen Innovation Exchange Conference, which wrapped up in Beijing on July 30.
The conference displayed the innovation achievements of national craftsmen, model workers and skilled talents in various fields.

Ze Xiuhua, a porcelain carving master from Zibo, demonstrated her skill at the Shandong exhibition area, carving delicate patterns and portraits on porcelain pieces that attracted many visitors.
Ze excels at portrait porcelain carving and has created works for many domestic and foreign leaders. She has trained more than 20,000 students so far.
Sun Yunyi, another artisan from Zibo, brought his "chicken oil yellow" glass work to the exhibition. The glass has a bright yellow color that resembles chicken oil, hence the name.
The conference aimed to promote the inheritance and innovation of craftsmanship, enhance the quality and brand of products and services, and foster a culture of excellence among workers.
