The third Bashan Spring Festival Folk Flower Parade will be staged from Jan 22 to Feb 5 at the Bashan Traditional Chinese Medicine Health Tourism Demonstration Base in Zibo city, located in East China's Shandong province.
Folk artists will perform the national intangible cultural heritage ceremony called Datiehua. It's a spectacular display – which in Chinese literally means "iron flowers" – created by banging molten iron with hammers to create an extraordinary shower of sparks. The performance will be staged every from 19:30 – 20:00 hrs on Jan 22 to Feb 5.

Various lanterns are necessary for a traditional flower parade. This year's lanterns are designed with design elements including traditional Chinese classic stories, the Bashan cultural landscape and traditional Chinese medicine culture.
