Marco Aringhieri, a physicist from the city of Florence in Italy, visited Shandong Aoyuan Aluminum Based New Material Co Ltd in Yuedian village – located in the Zibo Economic Development Zone in East China's Shandong province – on Dec 16.
The physicist gave technical guidance to the company and helped it solve problems experienced during production.
Aringhieri also visited the history hall of Yuedian village, where he learned about its development and changes through old photos and displays. The Italian said exhibits such as the old radios, televisions and farm implements evoked childhood memories.
