The prestigious event, organized by the International Volleyball Federation (FIVB), is one of the three premier tournaments in the sport, alongside the Olympics and the World Championships.
Over the course of four days, 58 teams from 16 nations, including China, Japan, Australia, and the United States, will vie for the top honor in a showcase of unrivaled athleticism.

Qingdao West Coast New Area has been proactive in its efforts to organize sports events, hosting nearly 100 competitions annually in a variety of sports. The district has become a favored location for events such as the Clipper Round the World Yacht Race Qingdao stop, the Kunlun Fight World Extreme Fighting Championship, the Asian Beach Sepaktakraw Championship, and the Asian Rowing Coastal Masters Regatta.
