The joint effort will reshape the talent cultivation goals and models of higher education by incorporating international teaching concepts and methods. The Beijing Film Academy Qingdao Research Institute will focus on enhancing innovation in film and television courses to elevate the level of research and industry studies in the field.
Qingdao Film Academy, established in 2010 as a branch of the Beijing Film Academy, was rebranded in May 2021 to become an independent undergraduate university focusing on film and television.
