TACS is a cutting-edge train control system that is expected to reduce the overall investment in urban rail transit infrastructure for the country and enhance the quality of services provided by urban rail transit.

TACS employs innovative communication methods that enable secure and high-speed information transmission between trains. It also has an innovative system architecture that minimizes the need for ground equipment and simplifies trackside functions.

The construction of the second phase of the Qingdao Metro Line 6 recently began as well. This second phase starts from Qingxi Station in the west and ends at Xintun Road Station in the east, spanning 10 stations and spreading over 13.9 kilometers.

The opening of Qingdao Metro Line 6 will allow for smooth transfers between the high-speed rail and the metro at Qingdao West Railway Station in the new area.
