The fishing ports along the Qingdao West Coast New Area (Qingdao WCNA) have been buzzing with activity in recent days as fishermen prepare for their fishing expeditions ahead of the impending end to the four-month fishing moratorium in the Bohai Sea and Yellow Sea.
The summer fishing moratorium was a measure taken by the national government to promote sustainable fishery development and improve the marine ecology.
