Qingdao WCNA shines with inclusion in 'Top 10' industries list

Qingdao West Coast New Area (Qingdao WCNA) has recently garnered recognition as one of the standout regions in Shandong province's fifth batch of "Top 10" industries "Echelon Formation" clusters. This list showcases industry clusters and leading enterprises demonstrating scale advantages, complete industrial chains, robust innovation and transformation capabilities, and strong collaboration and support systems.

Among the selection, an industry cluster and an enterprise from Qingdao WCNA have secured their positions. The advanced polymer materials industry cluster represents the chosen industry cluster from this area, while Jinneng Chemical (Qingdao) Co stands out as the selected leading enterprise.

Qingdao WCNA emerges as a hub for cultivating Shandong province's "Top 10" industries and "Echelon Formation" clusters with this achievement. Currently, the area boasts seven selected industry clusters, accounting for one-third of Qingdao's whole clusters and positioning itself at the forefront. Additionally, six regional enterprises have successfully been designated as crucial cultivation bases for leading enterprises in the provincial "Top 10" industrial clusters.
