On June 9, the 7th China (Qingdao) Northern International Tea Industry Expo kicked off in Qingdao West Coast New Area (Qingdao WCNA), featuring 13 local tea companies showcasing the region's finest tea brands.

Dubbed the Northern International Tea Industry exchange event with a mission of "South in Hangzhou, North in Qingdao", the expo spanned nearly 30,000 square meters, welcoming almost 700 tea brands from 69 of the nation's leading tea-producing regions. Enthusiasts from various walks of life flocked to the event to savor a tea extravaganza and savor diverse aromas and flavors.

The 13 tea enterprises from Qingdao WCNA presented their top-quality Haiqing Tea under the "Haiqing Special Tea Exhibition" banner. Utilizing the expo's platform, these companies further expanded the popularity and prestige of their tea brand, boosting the region's public image.

Visitors to the "Haiqing Special Tea Exhibition" stands were delighted by the opportunity to taste authentic Haiqing Tea and purchase it at discounted prices.

Blessed with a unique microclimate and favorable geographical conditions, Qingdao WCNA fosters tea leaves with distinctive characteristics — thick flavors, rich aromas, and resistance to overbrewing.

With about 53.33 sq km of tea gardens yielding around 1,817 metric tons of dry tea and a total output value of 527 million yuan ($73.61 million), Qingdao WCNA has emerged as North China's oldest, largest, and highest-latitude green tea production hub.
