Qingdao WCNA holds consumption activity

To achieve sustainable growth and expand consumption, an activity to increase consumption was launched in Qingdao West Coast New Area (Qingdao WCNA) on Jan 1 and will last until March 31.

Happening in every corner of Qingdao WCNA, the event consists of six sections, covering almost every perspective of daily life. Catering providers in the area have launched special set meals, hotels are offering guests special packages consisting of restaurants and tourist destinations, and at the Qingdao Cosmopolitan Exposition, a great number of exhibitions are scheduled to take place.

During the activity, Qingdao WCNA plans to give out a total of 13 million yuan ($1.92 million) in vouchers, among which 9.5 million yuan will be put into the field of commerce and trade, and accommodation, sports and agriculture sectors are expected to receive vouchers amounting to 2 million yuan, 0.5 million yuan and 1 million yuan, respectively.

At the same time, sales promotions will also take place in shopping malls to offer a suitable shopping environment to shoppers.
