Qingdao WCNA adds 24 university-enterprise talent cultivation bases

Twenty-four new university-enterprise talent cultivation bases were recently established in Qingdao West Coast New Area (Qingdao WCNA).

Universities such as China University of Petroleum (East China) and Qingdao Agricultural University signed agreements to create the bases along with businesses such as Chinese home appliance giant Hisense Group and Qingdao Zifei Agricultural Technology Development Co Ltd.

The establishment of the bases is a key move taken by Qingdao WCNA to foster collaboration between universities and enterprises. The bases will serve as a platform for colleges and universities to cultivate innovative and practical students while also expanding the avenues via which businesses may acquire needed talents.

Qingdao WCNA's 10 supporting measures to expand employment and promote business startups during the ongoing COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control period were also promoted at the signing ceremony.
