Projects in West Coast New Area win national titles

Multiple high-quality projects in the Qingdao West Coast New Area have won national titles in 2021 including one Luban Award, one Zhantianyou Award and three Guangsha Awards.

The Huangdao Jingmai Industrial Park project was titled as the 2020-2021 Luban Award, which is the top construction and engineering quality award in China.

The Qingdao West Railway Station project was titled as the 19th Tien-yow Jeme Civil Engineering Prize or "Zhantianyou Award",  which is the top honor for Chinese civil engineering projects.

The Ruiyuan Mingjia Kangcheng, Xingfu Mall, and Jinxiu Heyuan projects were given the 10th Guangsha Awards through for the year 2021.

With a high-quality development strategy having been fully implemented, the West Coast New Area has promoted the standardization of project quality management, aiming to construct more high-quality projects.

According to preliminary statistics, a total of 14 projects in the West Coast New Area have won the Luban Award. Since 2014, it has won 12 National Quality Engineering Awards, one China Construction Engineering Steel Structure Gold Award, three National Green Construction Demonstration Project Awards, three Zhantianyou Awards, and four Guangsha Awards.

In addition, the West Coast New Area has won 28 "Taishan Cup" Engineering Awards, eight "Taishan Cup" Decoration Engineering Awards, and three China Construction Engineering Decoration Awards, exceeding most of the new areas in Shandong province.
