For example, its high-end stainless steel and advanced special steel sector has exceeded 100 billion yuan ($14.7 billion) in output, while its engineering machinery loaders hold a leading market share in China.
Linyi also released talent incentives covering research funding, housing subsidies and talent apartments, as it aims to turn industrial capacity into stronger innovation-driven growth.
