Shandong Huaketek Technology Co Ltd in Jining has recently solved a technical problem of manufacturing large touchscreens and its self-developed 110-inch super-large touchscreen has been mass-produced.
Silver nanowire, a crucial material for human-machine interaction, boasts excellent conductivity, transparency, and flexibility.
Currently, Huaketek Technology has independently developed silver nanowire technology, achieving a global leading 8-nanometer level. This innovation resolves bending and folding issues in digital experience products.
In 2023, the company procured 460 sets of automated assembly equipment, achieving full automation in backlight assembly.
It also partnered with enterprises in fields such as artificial intelligence, internet of things and 5G communications to become an enterprise that opens up the whole industry value chain.
To date, it has achieved comprehensive coverage in the touchscreen industry, ranging from small to large sizes.
"Regarding small-screens, we have ramped up our technological research and development efforts, with expectations of surpassing an annual output of 200,000 pieces in the future," said Zhao Yong, the general manager of Shandong Huaketek Technology.
