Geography

Yutai county in Jining, is in the southwest of Shandong province and on the border of Shandong and Anhui provinces.

The county is next to Weishan Lake, with flat terrain and an average elevation of 35 meters. The average yearly temperature is 13.7 degree Celsius. The average absolute humidity is 16.3 percent.

Administrative divisions

The county consists of nine towns – Qinghe, Yucheng, Wanglu, Zhanghuang, Wangmiao, Lige, Laozhai, Tangma and Luotun – two subdistricts – Guting and Binhu – and one economic development zone – Yutai Economic Development Zone.
