Promoting Zoulu culture: Ritual held in Mencius' hometown
A symposium on Zoulu culture recently took place in Zoucheng, Jining, hometown of Mencius (372-289 BC). Representatives and experts from cities in Fujian, Zhejiang, Hunan, Anhui, and other regions gathered to discuss the spiritual significance and contemporary value of Zoulu culture.
Zoulu Culture, an integral part of Chinese traditional culture, gave rise to Confucianism and evolved into a cultural and spiritual symbol for the country. This culture has deeply impacted the spread and growth of regional cultures and the daily lives of local residents in East China's Shandong province.
Currently, over 130 cities worldwide identify themselves as "Zoulu Culture Cities", showcasing its enduring legacy.
