Qiu Pingping, a dedicated microbial test technician at the Jining food and drug inspection and testing institute, has been diligently carrying out food microbial testing for nine years.

Her main objective is to identify and eliminate harmful microorganisms that may be present in food, thus ensuring public food safety.

Qiu meticulously carries out every step of the testing process and ensures that all data collected is objective and accurate, resulting in test reports that can withstand scrutiny.

On a daily basis, Qiu collects samples, verifies information, ensures compliance with standards, conducts laboratory tests and issues detailed testing reports.

Her tasks include preparing culture media, sterilizing equipment, disinfecting samples, maintaining cleanliness in the laboratory, and conducting inoculation and cultivation of samples.

Throughout her nine years of experience in food microbial testing, Qiu has consistently performed these tasks with precision and expertise.
