Wang Xia is a 40-year-old steamed bun vendor from Qufu, East China's Shandong province, whose introduction of her hometown in near-perfect English has recently gone viral online. Wang learned English on her own, aiming to set a good example for her son's English studies.

"I have set a higher goal in 2025. I want to take the IELTS exam and go study abroad," Wang Xia said.

She emphasized that regardless of age, as long as you have a passion, you should still try new things.
