In collaboration with the Shandong Department of Culture and Tourism, China Daily published an eight-page spread on Friday to celebrate the 2024 China International Confucius Cultural Festival and showcase the province's rich tourism resources.

The festival kicks off on Friday and will run until Oct 7 in Qufu, Shandong province, which is the hometown of Chinese great philosopher Confucius. It aims to better explore the contemporary value of Confucian culture and strengthen the international dissemination of Chinese culture.
