Shandong, Serbia foster cultural ties

Print PrintA promotional conference for Shandong's cultural tourism sector was held in Belgrade, Serbia on Sept 7 local time. The event brought together approximately 150 guests, including representatives from the Chinese Embassy in Serbia, Serbian government officials, tourism industry leaders, and members of the Shandong delegation.
The event featured a short video highlighting the experiences of Serbians living and working in Shandong, generating significant interest among the attendees.

The atmosphere was lively and enthusiastic, with captivating performances by dance troupes from both Serbia and Shandong.
In addition, Shandong Provincial Cultural Center organized interactive demonstrations of traditional Chinese folk arts such as sugar painting, shadow puppetry, and clay sculpting, attracting visitors of all ages.
Shandong Museum also presented an exhibition on Confucius that provided a comprehensive overview of the philosopher's life and teachings through interactive multimedia displays.
The event served as a platform for cultural exchange and strengthened the ties between Shandong and Serbia.
