National farmer skills competition held in Liaocheng

Print PrintThe first National Farmer Skills Competition was held in Liaocheng, Shandong province from July 3 to 4.
Organized by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League, and the All-China Women's Federation, the competition was aimed at promoting farming culture and the traditional skills in rural areas.
The competition featured six categories: embroidery, weaving, paper cutting, clay sculpture, flour flower making, and farmer painting.
Three hundred contestants made it to the national finals.
