The third Conference of Great Business Partners is scheduled to take place in Jinan, capital of Shandong province, from March 28 to 30.

According to the organizing committee, overseas entrepreneurs, experts and scholars, leaders of business associations, as well as representatives of the overseas Chinese community will be invited to attend the conference.

Up to now, over 700 guests have confirmed their attendance, and they are from Fortune Global 500 companies, large State-owned enterprises, and top 500 Chinese enterprises such as Gree Electric Appliances, iFlytek, e-commerce platform JD and Geely Auto Group.

The conference is an important institutional event that is held by the Communist Party of China (CPC) Shandong Provincial Committee and the Shandong Provincial People's Government to promote investment attraction and talent introduction in a wider scope and at a higher level, and accelerate the construction of a strong modern province in the new era.

Nine themed activities and one supporting activity are scheduled to be held during the conference, and Shandong's 16 cities will hold business promotional activities and organize inspection tours.

The year 2023 marks the first year to implement the spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress and is also the first year for the construction of Shandong's green, low-carbon and high-quality development pilot zone.

Shandong plans to utilize the conference as a great opportunity to promote cooperation with global companies, business organizations and venture capital firms, according to local officials.
