Since this year, Linyi County Administrative Examination and Approval Service Bureau of Shandong Province has adhered to the "enterprise side" demand orientation, and established a "Linyi Assistance" team composed of 58 members. 

Three enterprise service teams for enterprise start-up, project construction and government affairs service, respectively, and a comprehensive mass service team have been established, and 12 chief assistant commissioners have been selected with high standards, to actively enter 101 enterprises in the form of "1 to N" for providing services.

To change the "people finding policy" into "policy finds people", the chief assistant commissioners tracked and grasped the needs of enterprises from establishment to cancellation, project approval to acceptance, policy incentives and subsidies, and directly pushed multi-field service information, redemption policies and cashing to eligible enterprises and individuals. 

As far, 3,697 enterprises and 15,000 people have enjoyed policy dividends through the "Linyi Assistance".
