Ding welcomed the ambassador and thanked him for his concern and support for the company. Ding also congratulated him on the 50th anniversary of the founding of the UAE.
Ding said that China and the UAE have a solid foundation and a wide range of cooperation in areas such as energy and power, infrastructure, big data, artificial intelligence, tourism, and vaccines.
As the UAE has been a proponent and supporter of the Belt and Road Initiative, PowerChina considers the UAE an important market in the Middle East and North Africa, said Ding.
He said the company is honored to participate in the economic and social development of the UAE, and is ready to continue to deepen cooperation with its relevant departments and enterprises so that they can strive together to develop innovative business models and new cooperation opportunities.
