Senior Chinese legislator attends reception for 60th anniversary of China-Zambia ties
Cai Dafeng, vice-chairman of the Standing Committee of China's National People's Congress, addressed a reception to mark the 60th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Zambia in Beijing on Oct 25.
Nelly Mutti, speaker of the National Assembly of Zambia, delivered a speech at the reception.
The event was co-hosted by the Chinese People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries and the Zambian embassy in China, which also marked the 60th anniversary of the independence of Zambia.
