Senior Chinese legislator meets delegation of Italy’s ‘Friends of China’ Parliamentary Association
On July 23, Tie Ning, vice-chairwoman of the Standing Committee of China's National People's Congress, met with a delegation of Italian Parliamentary Association "Friends of China", led by the president of the association, Vinicio Peluffo, at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing.
Tie briefed the delegation on the third plenary session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China.
The two sides exchanged views on deepening China-Italy relations and enhancing exchanges between the legislative bodies of the two countries.
