The 17th Games of Ningxia Hui autonomous region and the 10th National Traditional Ethnic Sports Meet kicked off at Lanshan Park, Yinchuan, Ningxia, on the evening of Aug 8.
The events included both competitive and ethnic traditional sports. Among them, the 17th games feature 36 major items and 436 sub-items, while the ethnic sports meet includes 10 competitive items and three performance categories.
